Retro-fitting electric heating elements to bathroom towel rails to use in the summer when the CH is off. Controlled by Hive programmed switches outside the bathrooms.
As it was without the element
With the element installed and the plumbing re-routed
The china pull-handle is for starting the timed extractor fan.
. . . and
An additional radiator plumbed in, following installation of room-divider glazed steel screen and door. T-connections from a radiator in the (now) adjoining room.
