More nostalgia when I found my original Driving Licence (when they were buff coloured, before the red covered versions!)
The red text sheet is for my Provisional Licence, the Full Licence sheet (test passed on 18 May 1965) printed in black would have been stuck over the red text - not sure where that is!
What is interesting is the range of vehicles I could drive in the numbered groups - including tractors and road rollers!
. . . and it cost 10/- (50p) - I think the full licence had to be renewed every 3 years and cost 15/- (75p).
